WS3301 sub-microfiber cleanroom wipers are single knitted with ultra-fine polyester fabric.
The fabric texture is highly abrasion resistant and loses low lint when wiping the surface of smaller electronic components.
Suitable for:
- Entry-level glass touchscreens
- Mobile phone camera lenses
- LCD panels and displays
- Standard lens surveillance cameras
●The polyester fibers are extremely fine, allowing for rapid liquid absorption and high dust adsorption and cleaning effectiveness.
●Excellent solvent absorption and chemical resistance, compatible with various solvents.
●Softer surface compared to regular polyester cleanroom wipes, reducing the risk of scratching surfaces during wiping and minimizing lint and residue.
●Free of silicone, with low dust emission, low ion content, and low NVR (non-volatile residue).
●Laser-sealed edges minimize the generation of fibers and particles.
●Produced in an ISO Class 5 cleanroom and cleaned with ultra-pure water.
