1. Optical precision device maintenance The surface friction coefficient of microfiber dust-free cloth using straight weave is as low as 0.15-0.25. Combined with the ultra-tight fiber distribution of more than 150,000 pieces per square centimeter, it can safely clean fragile surfaces such as sapphire lens coating and OLED curved screens. Experimental data show that under the same pressure, its scratch risk is reduced by 67% compared with conventional dust-free cloth, and has been widely used in the daily maintenance of precision instruments such as astronomical telescope lenses and endoscope optical components.
2. High-end clean environment operations comply with the Class 3 to Class 7 clean room specifications in ISO 14644-1, and the particle release per unit area is controlled below 5 pieces/ft³. In the verification of A-level laminar flow hoods of biopharmaceutical companies, the material's interception efficiency of 0.5μm particles reached 99.97%, which is significantly better than the 92% interception level of traditional materials, and has become the first choice cleaning medium for key areas such as fab lithography workshops and vaccine filling lines.
3. Organic substance pollution removes the unique two-component fiber structure to form a natural lipophilic surface, and the adsorption capacity of organic pollutants such as mineral oil and fingerprint residues reaches 3.8g/m², which is 2.3 times that of ordinary dust-free cloth. In the field of automobile manufacturing, this feature effectively solves the problem of fingerprint pollution when assembling precision parts of the engine, reducing the rework rate from 1.2% to 0.15%.
4. Semiconductor manufacturing guarantees that the microfiber dust-free cloth that has passed IEST-RP-CC004.3 certification shows excellent performance in the 12-inch wafer cleaning process. Its conductivity value is stable in the range of 1×10^6-1×10^9Ω/sq. It is combined with the neutral characteristics of pH 6.5-7.5, and can be safely used for the final wipe of the circuit board after etching to avoid oxidative damage to the microcircuit.
